Shipping
All orders are processed and ship Sunday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays within the Country of Israel. Orders must be placed by 10:00am (GMT+3) to be processed on the same business day, otherwise the order will be processed the following day. Packages do not ship on the national holidays.
Shipping costs, particularly for international orders, vary due to factors outside of our control. Your actual shipping costs will be displayed to upon checkout. Estimated shipping methods and costs are as follows (Note these estimates are provided as a guide only and may change from time to time).
DOMESTIC:
- Minimum order amount: 100ILS.
- Doorstep shipping cost of 35ILS (3-7 business days).
- Free shipping for orders above 250ILS (3-7 business days).

*Kindly note that our shipping services are managed through YDM. Once your package departs from our warehouse, our responsibility concludes. The designated courier will reach out to you to arrange the delivery. YDM is committed to making two delivery attempts. Should they be unsuccessful, and upon your approval, they may leave the package at your doorstep.
*Shipments (subject to service availability) delivered to remote and less-accessible locations within Israel are assessed an out-of-delivery area surcharge of minimum 45 ILS in addition to the above shipping costs.

Company is not responsible for damage, material difference, defect or loss that occurs to Products delivered to forwarding companies or parcel forwarding companies. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a forwarding/parcel company. Any order addressed to forwarding or parcel company is placed at your own risk. Company is not responsible for orders that are stolen or damaged after delivery. Company is not responsible for damaged parcels or late parcels due to war or force major.
If applicable, additional fees, such as import fees, will be calculated upon checkout. You agree to pay all additional costs including but not limited to those resulting from customs clearance charges, import duties, local taxes, and/or any other import fees.
Company will not be responsible and will not bear the costs for any additional charges due to local laws, customs, duties, or any type of local import taxation. It is your sole responsibility to be aware of local laws in your location (and/or the location of the shipping address provided by you) with respect to goods purchased and be the sole bearer of costs and other consequences resulting from them.
Note that if customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause substantial delays beyond our delivery estimates. If you choose not to pay these fees and request a refund, you will be refunded in the amount of the original payment less the cost to clear the package for return to us as well as the outbound and return shipping costs and will have no claims against Company regarding the order at issue.
Returns & Refunds
You can return / cancel a product / order up to 14 days from the date of placing the order without cancellation fees on the product, as defined in the Israel Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
If you need to return a parcel kindly contact us as soon as possible. Please not that a response might take up to 3 business days.

Cancellation of an order that has already been processed and shipped and is not being returned due to a defect in the product, will be charged the shipping cost of 45$.
Returning a shipment that has already arrived to its location and is being returned not due to a defect in the product, will be charged double shipping fees 90$.
We will arrange collecting of the parcel (service provided within Israel only), and you will ensure that the parcel is tightly sealed in its original packaging and the products have not been damaged or opened.
The refund will be made only when the package remains sealed, there was no use of the products and is only in its original packaging only. In addition, the parcel will return to our warehouse to undergo an inspection ensuring it has not been damaged or opened.
Please note that according to the law, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the cost of the product or $100 – whichever is lower.
A refund will be given to the payment method which the purchase was made and may take up to 14 business days from the date of the request.
Please note that we are not responsible for delay in refund resulting from your bank or credit card company.
Cancellation of an order by the company:
In the event of malfunction and your personal details have not been saved properly in the system or in case the product you selected is out of stock, our customer service will contact you for further processing.
If the shipment is destined for a country that does not have a shipping agreement with Israel, we must cancel your order.
The company reserves the right not to sell for any reason it deems appropriate, including but not limited to: insufficient inventory, failure to meet eligibility criteria, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other circumstances deemed detrimental to the company’s interests.
